Description
A new version of an excellent program for monitoring network activity has become available for download, plus you can set priorities for the connection speed of any program to the Internet, you can download NetBalancer below.
I think the program will be useful for those who sit at low speeds, now you can easily set the priority and give the desired program more freedom. NetBalancer's main goal is to give you complete control over your Internet connection. There are quite a lot of settings for performing this task, during installation, please note that the Internet will be reconnected, so if you are not ready for this for some reason, you should not do this yet.
NetBalancer has a nice interface, in general it is not very difficult to understand it, but the first ten minutes you will need to get used to and understand what's what. There is a paid version of the program, you can read about its advantages on the official website.
